Free shipping on all orders for members enrolled after 4/1/2025
For members who enrolled in the Public Goods membership after 4/1/2025, all orders ship free including auto-shipment orders. Applies to shipments within the contiguous U.S. only.
Free shipping over $45 for members enrolled before 4/1/2025
For members who enrolled in the Public Goods membership before 4/1/2025, orders and auto-shipment orders with a subtotal of $45 or more ship free. Applies to shipments within the contiguous U.S. only.
Free shipping over $45 for non-members
Orders and auto-shipment orders with a subtotal of $45 or more ship free. Applies to shipments within the contiguous U.S. only.
Shipping to Canada
Orders under $200 are charged standard shipping rates. Orders over $200 are charged a $50 flat rate.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories
We ship to non-contiguous states and US territories at a reduced USPS rate. Note, there is a 40 pound weight limit on USPS orders being shipped to non-contiguous states and US territories.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
When will I receive my order?
- Domestic (including Alaska & Hawaii): 2–6 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
What courier service do you use?
We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx based on your location and selected shipping method.
When will I receive tracking information?
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped. It may take a few hours to appear in the carrier's system. Use the link in your email to check your order status anytime.
Can I change my address after an order is placed?
We'll do our best to accommodate address changes, but this depends on the carrier and may involve additional fees. Contact us at service@publicgoods.com as soon as possible.
