My husband and I somewhat regularly eat 2 of these ramen packs for lunch, adding jammy boiled eggs, kimchi, roasted seaweed, roasted sesame seeds, or whatever we have on hand. The noodles and sauce are a great base to start from. Of course if you don’t have much to add, it’s also great to eat on its own. Just be aware that this is not a brothy ramen like you might get with other instant ramen packs, and the noodle shape and texture is flatter and wider. You boil noodles for 4 minutes, drain, and add the sauce. It’s very quick and very easy.
