I’ve only used a couple of times it smells great and my hair feels soft. Hopefully will be a good shampoo for me. I have issues with dry scalp.

The scent is lightly citrus and clean without being overwhelming. I find that I can use less than I need to with the usual shampoos I’m used to and I recently found out that this is far nicer for bathing my mother’s dog and doesn’t leave her skin dry and itchy as all of the dog shampoos I’ve ever used does.
I personally love the milder scent, and I’m fairly certain that Ruby appreciates not being bombarded with overpowering fragrances too!

I will be buying the refills. I noticed it goes on very nice. You don’t need a lot. It’s sulfate free and on top of it. My tangles were minimal which I have curly hair. Thank you so much for a great product. Highly recommend recommended.

What can I say, I love their shampoo and being able to get it in a large refill bag is a great way to conserve waste. Just wish it cost a little bit less like it used to but still a good deal.
